In-person peer support for parents and carers of children with barriers to school attendance and engagement. Peer support group for Parents & Carers in East Lothian who have children struggling with education. A safe space to connect with other families. Suitable for those who have children who aren't fine in school, those exploring education options and those seeking peer support.
Each group is an informal meeting with introductions, a space to chat and share strategies. Tea/Coffee available (small donations welcome).
This group is for parents and carers currently experiencing difficulties with school engagement/ASN support/school attendance. If you are a professional looking to share information please email [email protected]. We may from time to time invite professionals along to our group but this would need to be arranged in advance.
