January 24 sits in the waxing phase of the Moon—the fertile middle ground between the New Moon’s intention and the Full Moon’s revelation. This liminal time invites what was seeded in stillness to begin taking form through choice, devotion, and embodied action.
Join me in community for our monthly Community Cacao Ceremony, a heart-centered container for healing, awakening, and meaningful connection. Together we will reflect on what is rising to the surface, listen deeply to inner wisdom, and honor the small, intentional actions that strengthen our roots—preparing us for the illumination of the coming Full Moon.
We will share ceremonial cacao, a gentle yet powerful heart-opening plant medicine known for expanding spiritual awareness, deepening connection, and inviting inner stillness. The experience will be lovingly supported by breathwork, energy healing, music, sound, and intentional integration.
What to Expect:
Sacred Heart Medicine: Savor a cup of 100% ceremonial grade cacao, a heart-opening medicine crafted into a warm chocolate drink. Choose to drink it or simply sit in the energy of the medicine during the experience. You also have the opportunity to experience the psychic enhancement of Blue Lotus, the mind opening medicine of Los Ninos Santos, or the grounding, clearing medicine of Hapé.
Journey in Sacred Space: Engage in meditation and shamanic journeying, complemented by sound healing, shamanic drumming, essential oils, vocal toning, music activation, Reiki energy healing, smoke cleansing, and community connection.
Intention + Ritual: Set intentions as you enjoy a blend of meditation, breathwork, healing practices, and connecting with your intuition and spirit guides.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, coffee mug (or your favorite cup), journal, writing utensils, any spiritual tools you like to have near, and any items you’d like to represent your intention on the altar.
Offerings for the altar to honor the Earth and Pachamama.
