Sober Sister’s Gathering

At these gatherings we will practice meditation, breath work, mantra, movement and other spiritual practices to provide you with tools to help guide you on your sober journey. We will explore different topics, share and connect in a safe space.

This February, we come together to explore the practice of self-love and compassion—learning to meet ourselves with tenderness, honesty, and grace in every season of our healing journey.

This gathering is a celebration of having a rich sober life, whether you’re on your first step, or started your journey many moons ago.
