Manifestation Breathwork Meditation: I will guide you through a very powerful meditation. You will connect with and work from your three power centers: sex, love, and consciousness, to manifest your heart's desires.

Ecstatic Dance: Finally, we'll let loose and celebrate our spirits through ecstatic dance. Let your body move freely and feel the joy and liberation that comes from deep within.

Closing Circle and Tea Social: Tea Time to Chat and Connect with Fellow Dancers
