Cacao & Sound Ceremony

Join us for a heart-centered and deeply nourishing experience led by Stephanie from The Functional Healer and Liz from Vibrant Zen. Stephanie will guide you through the sacred practice of a cacao ceremony, helping you connect more deeply with yourself and set powerful intentions for the experience. Liz will then lead you on a sound bath journey, using a variety of healing instruments to move energy and deepen your connection with the cacao medicine.

• Guided cacao ceremony with invocation and mindful sipping
• Gentle body movement to open up energy flow
• Immersive sound bath experience for deeper energy release
