Join us for a transformative event in the greenhouse as David from Neuma Terra Wellness and Liz from Vibrant Zen collaborate to bring you an evening of breathwork and sound healing.David will begin by guiding you through a breathwork session, a powerful practice that utilizes conscious and effective breathing techniques to enhance your mental state, relieve stress and anxiety, and facilitate the release of stored emotions in the body. By cultivating deeper awareness, peace, and clarity, this practice helps you release self-limiting beliefs and tensions, leading to a more complete and authentic life experience.
Following the breathwork, Liz will lead a soothing sound bath. Using a variety of sound instruments, she will create a harmonious environment that promotes relaxation and inner peace. The vibrations from the sound bath will help you integrate the breathwork session, allowing for a deeper somatic release and emotional balance.
Come prepared to relax and rejuvenate in the tranquil setting of the greenhouse. Arrive at least 15 minutes early to get settled and comfortable.
