Energy Workshop Alignment tools, yoga, meditation, energy work, chakra embodiment activityEmbark on a transformative journey through the chakras, where we’ll explore each energy center within your body using a blend of yoga, meditation, alignment tools, and energy work. This workshop is designed to help you cultivate balance, vitality, and inner peace by tuning into the energy flow that resides within you. By the end of this workshop, you will have a deeper understanding of your own energy system and practical tools to keep your chakras balanced, open, and aligned. Whether you're looking to enhance your yoga practice, gain emotional clarity, or simply explore your energy, this workshop will provide you with the tools to support your holistic well-being.
Come with an open heart, a curious mind, and a desire to reconnect with your inner energy.
The yoga portion of the workshops can be adjusted for anyone needing mobility support.

You are invited to attend any chakra that resonates with you most or perhaps all of them resonate with you! There are two sign-up options; purchasing an individual workshop at a time for $44.44 or all 7 workshops for $222. Last day to sign up for the package of 7 ends March 28th. There are only 12 seats available so signing up beforehand is required, if you have any issues with registering please contact us!
The Energy Workshop Series will restart on September 13th.Additional items to bring: water, a journal, something to write with, a yoga mat (we have mats if you don't own one)Get to know your host, Dani Rees! You might have seen her at the farm as one of our own creating beverages, sneaking off into the woods, or with the animals. Dani is a passionate reiki master and yoga instructor dedicated to supporting others on their journey to physical, emotional, and spiritual balance.Dani's life purpose is to help individuals reconnect with their true selves, whether it's for the first time or through a process of continual rediscovery.
