Cacao & Hapé Ceremony

Join us for a 2-hour Cacao & Hapé Ceremony. This ceremony was created with the intention of bringing people together into a safe space to heal with the medicines, with ourselves, and with each other.

Ceremonial cacao is a feminine energy medicine that comes from Indigenous cultures in Central America and has been used for thousands of years in rituals, prayer, and community gatherings. Cacao is a gentle, heart-opening medicine that connects us to our emotions, relaxes the nervous system, and helps us drop more easily into meditation. Because of its softness and warmth, it’s a beautiful entry point for people who are curious about working with plant medicines in a grounded, supportive way.

Hapé is a sacred tobacco medicine, holding masculine energy, originating from Indigenous tribes of the Amazon rainforest. The ceremonial tobacco leaves are hand picked, dried in the sun, and ground into a fine powder along with other sacred plants from the jungle. This medicine is very grounding, helps us to recieve clarity, connect with ancestors, clears mental fog, and opens the third eye.

The ceremony will weave together breathwork, meditation, intention setting, and time for reflection so you leave feeling both open and grounded.

• Arrival, grounding & opening circle
• Cacao serving, intention setting & guided meditation
• Hapé education & serving
• Integration through journaling, reflection & sharing
• Closing & grounding

This is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and come home to yourself in a safe, supportive space.

Please bring: a mug for cacao, a journal, and a pen. Everything else will be provided.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
