About this Event

Digital marketing plays an important role in helping businesses reach new customers, build awareness, and support growth over time.

This workshop looks at the most commonly used digital marketing activities that support growth, including Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), email and social media marketing, and paid advertising.

It also includes a session on the opportunities offered by collaborative and partnership working.

The workshop helps business owners understand how these approaches work, how they fit together, and how they can be used to support growth objectives.

10:30 – 11:20 Session 1: Using SEO to drive sustainable growth: Understand how search visibility supports long-term growth, including the role of keywords, content, and website structure in helping customers find the business online.

11:30 – 12:20 Session 2: Build demand via email and social media marketing: Understand how email and social media marketing can be used to build awareness, stay visible, and generate demand in a consistent and manageable way.

13:00 – 13:50 Session 3: Launching paid advertising to accelerate growth: Learn how paid advertising can be used to increase reach, test opportunities, and support growth, including when it may be appropriate and how to approach it in a controlled way.
