Burnout & Overwhelm: a systemic constellation approach

• Are you feeling overwhelmed in the face of your work challenges?
• Is your health suffering?
• Are you struggling with inner conflict, between your personal needs and those of the people whom you support?
• Do you have the sense of not being good enough?
• Would you like more resources to support you?

This workshop will provide you with new perspectives on your situation and, more importantly, some tools to help you face it from a position of greater strength. Issues we will explore include:

• acknowledging the reality of the challenges we face
• exploring what is behind our conflicts
• attuning to our resources
• sensing into our ‘right’ place to make a difference

Potential outcomes for participants include:

• more harmonious relationships
• shifting of stuck (repeating) patterns
• releasing of shame, blame and guilt
• alleviation of symptoms of illness

This is a systemic constellation workshop and will include opportunities for a number of participants to explore their personal and work issues. Representing in someone else’s constellation can also bring clarity in your own situation. For more information on the methodology of systemic constellations read this.

This workshop is offered on a Pay What You Can Basis, with a minimum donation of £25 required (in line with the foundational role which exchange holds in systemic constellation work). Orders placed with donations less than £25 will be refunded. Please contact the organiser prior to booking a place if the minimum donation level is a barrier to entry.

The usual ticket price is £125 (£75 concessions for registered charities and other voluntary organisations).
