This workshop is about preparing properly.
Join us for an educational, empowering afternoon with four local professionals who specialize in women’s health:
• A Personal Trainer (muscle, bone density, strength progression)
• A Pelvic Floor Specialist (core, pressure management, leaking, stability)
• A Nutritionist (protein, blood sugar, fueling for muscle)
• A Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner (hormones, labs, proactive health)
You’ll learn:
