Capital City Raqs is a community-focused festival featuring live and recorded music, performances in a variety of dance styles, a professional dance showcase, and workshops by Master Instructors.
Our festival will be held on March 20-22, 2026 in the large ballrooms of the Carmichael Elks Lodge, 5631 Cypress Ave, Carmichael, CA 95608.
The festival space features a full raised stage, a large dance floor that will be used for workshops and festival seating, plenty of space on three sides for vendors, and plenty of parking. We will have a full service bar and in-house food available, as well as many restaurants within walking distance. We can't wait to see you!
