Passive House Marshell Fire Rebuild Tour
Passive House Open Days guided tour of three Marshell Fire certified passive House projects. We will meet at the first certified passive house built after the devastating fire of December 30, 2021. Completed in April, the home is one of the RESTORE Passive House models by Joubert Custom Builders and Hyperlocal Workshop.
Our second stop will be RESTORE 2 Passive House, a larger version of the model under construction. This provided a unique opportunity to see the inner workings of the passive house building system.
The third stop will be a custom Passive House fire rebuild on Boulder road, also in construction. It's voluminous space and expansive view of the Flatirons show the possibilities of passive house at a grand scale. Light refreshments will be served at this location.
The RESTORE Passive House series has been profiled on RMPBS, CPR, and NPR.
