Named for the time of year when deer begin growing new antlers, this moon symbolizes personal growth, inner strength, and the quiet power of transformation. It reminds us that growth isn’t always loud—it often begins with creating space, releasing what no longer serves us, and trusting the next version of ourselves to emerge.

Join us for a soulful evening of movement, meditation, and deep restoration as we gather beneath the energy of the Full Moon.

Throughout the experience, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and create space for clarity, intention, and expansion. This all-levels practice blends mindful movement with moments of stillness, reflection, and sound, offering an opportunity to slow down and reconnect with yourself and community.

Whether you’re seeking renewal, grounding, inspiration, or simply a peaceful evening to breathe and reset, this experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
