Start your Saturday with a dynamic yoga session led by Katharine from Ashtanga Yoga Ipswich at Arcade Tavern 🧘‍♀️
The sessions will include breathing exercises, energetic standing postures, seated poses and then a blissful relaxation at the end to absorb the practice, leaving you feeling nurtured and refreshed.
And to top it off, we’ll serve you a glass of our house bubbly - because balance is everything! 🥂
No yoga experience required, just a reasonable level of fitness and the willingness to participate. Each session is £16pp.
