Ready to make fitness more social? 💪
Join us for Brunch & Burn, a free women’s strength and conditioning workout that’s equal parts sweat and fun.
This class features a lightweight strength workout designed for all levels. Expect good music, great energy, and a supportive, feel-good vibe.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Light dumbbells (5–10 lbs recommended, up to 15 lbs)
- Sweat towel
After the workout, Columbus Grill will have a custom menu ready so we can refuel, relax, and connect. Bring a friend, meet new ones, and turn your workout into something you actually look forward to.
