⭐️ LEARN THE BASICS OR DEEPEN YOUR PRACTICE at CENTER STREET STUDIOS : Foundations of Pilates Workshop ⭐️We'll explore core principles that define pilates and apply them to foundational exercises commonly used in both and mat and reformer work. Through thoughtful breakdowns, hands-on guidance and plenty of time for questions and exploration, you'll learn to move from your center, and build strength with control and intention.
This workshop is designed for beginner and experienced pilates students alike. Beginner students will create a solid sustainable foundation for their pilates practice. More experienced students can revisit the fundamentals as a way of deepening their practice.
This is a supportive, low-pressure environment where you can develop confidence in your movement, ask questions and gain clarity on your personal practice. You'll leave feeling more connected, more informed and ready to step into any pilates class with greater confidence and awareness.
