Brothers in Nature is a 5-mile guided walk for Black men to step away from noise and reconnect with themselves in a grounded, intentional environment.

This experience is about slowing down, being present, and creating space without pressure. There are no expectations to perform or share, just an opportunity to walk, breathe, and exist in a calm, supportive setting.

We’ll walk 2.5 miles to a midpoint, pause briefly to reset, then return 2.5 miles back. Conversations may happen naturally, or you can simply enjoy the silence and the environment around you.

This is not a workout or a structured program. It’s a space to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself.
