Discover the incredible variety of edible and medicinal wild plants growing right on London's doorstep during a relaxed, expert-led walk through Brockwell Park. Whether you're completely new to foraging or looking to expand your knowledge, John will share over 30 years of experience, practical tips and fascinating stories about the plants that surround us.

The walk concludes at the Brixton Brewery Taproom, where you'll enjoy a complimentary pint of Brixton beer (or a soft drink) included in your ticket.

Our team will also be joining the full walk and will be there to welcome everyone back to the taproom afterwards.

About John the Poacher

John the Poacher has been leading popular foraging walks across London for many years and has spent more than three decades discovering the city's edible landscape.

His work has been featured by Vice, Esquire and in documentary films. He also supplies foraged ingredients to some of London's best-known food and drink businesses, including elderflower for Square Root Soda, mushrooms for The River Café and burdock for Pressure Drop Brewing.

• The walk starts promptly at 12:00pm.
• Please wear comfortable walking shoes and dress appropriately for the weather.
• The exact meeting point within Brockwell Park will be at the Herne Hill Entrance, at the log behind the entrance sign.
• This is a small-group experience with only 12 tickets available.
