Welcome to B.R.I.D.G.E. to Access at Adams Park Library!
Join us on August 25th from 3:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. at Adams Park Library to explore health resources, learn about Hight Health, and discover the organizations that support our community.
This vendor-less experience gives you the opportunity to browse information and resources from our trusted community partners at your own pace while learning more about Hight Health's programs, upcoming events, and how we connect individuals and families to care. In recognition of National Immunization Awareness Month, we'll also have educational resources available to help you stay informed about immunizations and other preventive health services.
