Breathwork is a powerful tool for releasing tension, dropping into the body, and calming the nervous system. There is a growing body of science around how breathing exercises support emotional and physical healing — but it is something that truly needs to be felt to be understood.
In this session, we use a yogic breathwork style combined with breath pauses that promote deep relaxation, release emotional blockages, and create a sense of inner stillness and wellbeing. Within our subconscious we have deep layers of wisdom and insights that shape our lives, often without our awareness. Through breathwork, we can make contact with this inner landscape, and perhaps bring some of that wisdom back into everyday life.
This session is for you if you want to release tension from the body, land more fully in yourself, connect with your emotions, or simply experience the relief of breathing more freely.
In a group of maximum 6 women, guided by Lisa Uittenbogert (in English), we explore together what the breath can do for our nervous system, our mind, and our body.
What to expect from the session:
A guided breathwork journey of approximately 60 minutes, using a yogic breathing style combined with breath pauses
A short integration period afterwards, time to rest, land, and let the experience settle
A safe, intimate space with a maximum of 6 women, where you are free to feel whatever arises without judgment
Music throughout to support the experience
A brief group share at the end for those who wish to
What not to expect from the session:
This is not a yoga class or a fitness session, you will be lying down for most of it
There is no right or wrong way to experience this. What comes up for you is yours, there is no expected outcome, no performance, and nothing to achieve
Please be mindful of the following conditions:
Breathwork of this style is not recommended if you are pregnant, have kidney failure, fever or active illness, have recently had surgery, or have heart conditions, high blood pressure, or Schizophrenia or a history of psychosis. Please reach out if you are unsure whether this is right for you.

Lisa is a certified breathwork instructor and Breath Therapist with several years of experience in the field. She is passionate about strengthening others' health through the power of the breath, and about helping people connect more deeply with themselves and their emotions.
