MRC Oslo First Saturday #113 - August Social Run

Already August? Time flies when you're having fun! After a hot July and well earned summer holiday, it is almost time to get back to work. But not before we started the month August in the best way possible: A brand new First Saturday!
This is the run where all runners come together, go for a social paced run and continue the socialising while appreciating a (few) amazing beer(s).
What to expect:
As always, we will start with a run, followed by (a few) great beers and with the best people! - please make sure you click "going" so H&S can staff appropriately and to make sure we have enough room.
We will meet up at our club house Henry & Sally's, where you can choose between three distances to run.
The options are our original 8,5 km run (4km up along the river and downhill back), a slightly easier 5 km run on flatter terrain or an easy 3km - it's up to you. We will create smaller groups based on pace and have sweepers at the back of each group, so everyone can join! Upon arrival back at the bar we will use the afternoon to socialise and have a couple of great drinks (drinking alcohol is of course not mandatory!).
We strive to make sure everyone can run together with someone at a pace they're comfortable with.
You can leave your bags and valuables in the bar while we run, after the run you can leave your money at the bar in exchange for some well deserved craft beers!
