Breathwork Meditation/Yoga/Sound Healing Session

Greetings Phoenix Friends! It's Cristina here, popping in to say Happy Holiday's and Happy New Year!
I'm ready and energized to get back out into the community, now that I've returned from my travels. I picked up a lot of wisdom along the way and I'm ready to come back and serve my community, as you all have served me immensely!
On January 11th I will be hosting a donation-based meditation & yoga session at the Phoenix Mountain Preserve (the 40th street Trailhead). At this meditation we will practice turning off the outside noise and listening closely to our inner-voice, therefore discovering our true nature and fostering a sense of gratitude for the present moment.
Itinerary:
3:45pm --- we meet at the parking lot
4:00pm---- we set off on the trail to a quiet secluded clearing in the preserve
4:10---- We go over a reading & have a community circle
4:20 ---Breathwork & Guided Meditation
4:50--- Restorative Yoga Flow
5:20----Session Concludes. We walk back to the parking lot together.
PLS READ:

• Bring a mat/towel, warm clothing, and water.
• The walking portion will be light and short.
• Note: If you have trouble walking in low-lighting, this is a sunset session.
• The session will take place in a public nature preserve, where the ground is natural and not manicured, and we will be placing our mats directly on the earth.
• ***The group will be leaving the parking lot to start the walk @4pm. If you show up late, I won't be able to come get you***
