"Our breath is one of the most powerful tools we have to regulate the nervous system, quiet the mind, move through mental blocks, process stored emotions, release physical tension, and access expanded states of consciousness.
A breathwork journey is a guided, intentionally crafted experience where music is thoughtfully paired with specific breathing patterns to support deep relaxation, self-discovery, and often profound healing. Whether you’re seeking a gentle, grounding reset or feel called to explore deeper layers within yourself, this experience allows you to choose the level of intensity that feels supportive for your body and nervous system.
Before we begin, Darnell provides clear guidance on how to tailor the practice to your comfort level. You’ll learn how to “pump the brakes” and regulate if the experience ever feels overwhelming, as well as how to safely deepen your breath if you feel ready to expand and deepen further. Throughout the journey, ongoing cues and options are offered so you can remain connected to what feels aligned moment by moment.
The style of breathwork Darnell is trained and certified in is science-informed and works directly with the nervous and respiratory systems to safely guide participants through a powerful experience of release, insight, and expansion.
Please bring:
A yoga mat
A pillow or bolster for under your knees
A small or flat pillow for under your head
A blanket
An eye mask (if you have one — extras are available)
A journal and a water bottle"
