About this Event

This breathwork circle offers the opportunity to experience conscious connected breathwork in a group of 4 participants, allowing for more individual guidance and support while still benefiting from the shared experience of breathing alongside others.

In the busyness of daily life, it can be easy to lose touch with yourself while carrying stress, tension, and emotions that have not had the opportunity to be fully processed. Connect & Release offers a dedicated space to slow down, turn inwards, and gently let go of what is no longer serving you.

Through conscious connected breathing, you'll be guided into a deeper connection with your body, breath, and inner experience. As awareness grows, the body can begin to release stored stress, emotional tension, and limiting patterns, creating space for greater clarity, balance, and self-trust.

This breathwork session will help you to:

  • Experience breathwork with more personalised guidance and support
  • Release stress and emotional tension
  • Gain greater clarity, self-awareness and insight
  • Leave feeling calmer and more connected to yourself

Breathwork is not about forcing change. It is about creating the conditions for your body and mind to process what is ready to be released, allowing you to move forward with a greater sense of inner connection.

Suitable for both beginners and experienced breathers. No previous experience is necessary, just bring yourself and an openness to whatever arises.

Spaces are limited to 4 participants.

For the Session:

  • Wear comfortable clothing, or something you would wear to an exercise class.
  • Avoid eating for about 2 hours before the session.
  • Refrain from alcohol the day of the session.
  • Bring a water bottle.

Please note:

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a safe practice, but it can sometimes bring up strong physical or emotional experiences. For this reason, it’s recommended only for individuals aged 18 and over.

It is not suitable during pregnancy and is not recommended for those with certain medical conditions. These include:

Cardiovascular disorders (including angina, previous heart attack or stroke), High blood pressure (not controlled with Medic*tion), Low blood pressure with a fainting history, Diagnosis of aneurysm, Uncontrolled thyroid and diabetes, Epilepsy and convulsive disorders, Recent injuries or surgeries, Severe asthma (for mild asthma bring your inhaler), Glaucoma and detached retina, Osteoporosis, Lung, heart, or spinal issues, Presence of acute illness or symptoms, Severe psychiatric conditions such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis, Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the past 10 years, Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect the ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release. This may include coming off recent medications such at HRT.
