Breathwork & Sound Healing

Spend 2 nourishing hours of self-connection and grounding in Berlin with Breathwork Facilitator Victoria Kelly (@wellwithvicky) and Sound Healing expert Kim Kohler (@flow_child_).

We will begin our session with a quick introduction and a gentle meditation to drop into your body and the space, before starting into a 50-min breathwork practice, followed by a 30-min sound healing session.

The purpose of the session is to tap into a deeper connection to yourself and your body, releasing old emotions and tension through the power of your breath, and finally ground into the present moment with a greater sense of calm and self-compassion.

The session will be held in english.

By joining the breathwork class you declare that you don’t recognize yourself with any health limitations or issues that might contradict you practicing breathwork.
