Breathwork & Sound Experience with Optimism
About this Event
This 60-minute experience is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and regulate your nervous system through intentional breath, meditation, and immersive sound healing.
Led by trauma-informed breathwork & sound facilitator Darren Obong, this journey blends conscious connected breathing, mindfulness, and sound frequencies to support relaxation, emotional release, grounding, and inner recalibration. Drawing from both Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern nervous system research, this experience is intended to create space for rest, reflection, and reconnection — both within yourself and in community.
Whether you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally heavy, disconnected, or simply craving a pause from the pace of everyday life, this space is for you.
No prior experience with breathwork or meditation is needed — simply arrive as you are.
Note: Yoga mats will be provided for the experience. Valet parking is available through Lido House for $5, and street parking is also available nearby.
