Gemini New Moon: Katonah Yoga & Reiki Sound Bath

Join us at Sunset Ridge Park for a deeply restorative, full-body reset designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect—physically, mentally, and energetically.
We’ll begin with a thoughtfully guided Katonah Yoga practice led by Anna Linsley, focused on alignment, breath, and sustainable movement. This practice is designed to support your nervous system, create space in the body, and bring you back into a sense of balance and clarity.
From there, you’ll transition into a Reiki-infused Sound Bath guided by Grace Gangitano, where layered sound frequencies and subtle energy work invite you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. This is where the body softens, the mind quiets, and everything begins to recalibrate.
The experience is gently supported by the energy of the New Moon—a natural moment for reset and intention.
So many of us move through life in a constant state of doing.
This experience is an opportunity to pause—
to take care of your body, support your mind, and give yourself something that actually feels good after you leave.
