A skilled and gifted musician and sound therapist, Ash will be creating live gorgeous soundscapes, tempting you to dissolve into relaxation along to the sounds of field recordings of Australia's most remote wild places, crystal bowls, tongue drums, frame drum, the gong, yidaki and voice.
Under Karlyn's gentle, soul-centered guidance and expertise, you're invited to take a journey through your inner world with the Conscious Connected Breath as your ally. Checking in with yourself at all levels ~ your body, your psyche, your emotional and spiritual realms.
Enjoy relaxation and spaciousness as you enter into an altered state of awareness, surrendering to the sounds and subtleties of the Conscious Breath. Taking some time out to create balance to your health and well being and tap into your own innate wisdom and healing capacity.
