Start your weekend with intention through an energising breathwork journey and reflective creative journaling. Led Psychotherapist and Breathwork Coach, Chanelle Beaumont, this session is designed to awaken the body, clear the mind, and help you reconnect with yourself before the day begins.
Using conscious breathing techniques, you'll gently energise your nervous system, cultivate clarity, and create space for reflection, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready for the weekend ahead.
No experience necessary

Breathwork is generally safe for most people. However, if you have any of the conditions listed below, are under medical care, or have any concerns about your physical or mental health, please check with your healthcare professional before participating and let the facilitator know so appropriate adjustments can be made.
- Pregnancy
- Cardiovascular conditions (such as heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or a history of heart attack)
- Respiratory conditions that may be affected by altered breathing patterns (such as severe asthma or COPD)
- Epilepsy or a history of seizures
- Recent surgery, injury, or physical conditions that could be aggravated by intense breathing
- Glaucoma, detached retina, or other serious eye conditions
- History of aneurysm
- Severe osteoporosis
- Current severe illness, infection, or fever
- Significant mental health conditions, including psychosis, schizophrenia, or severe dissociative experiences
- Recent major trauma where emotional activation may feel overwhelming without appropriate support
- Use of medications that affect breathing, heart rate, or consciousness (where medical advice may be needed)
