About this Event
Conscious Connected Breathwork & Sound Bath Journey

Join me for a deeply nourishing evening of conscious connected breathwork and sound healing — a space to soften, release, reconnect, and come home to yourself in the presence of community.

This immersive journey begins with guided breathwork to gently open the body, move stagnant energy, and create space for emotional release and inner awareness. We will then move into a restorative sound bath with crystal singing bowls and gong, allowing the nervous system to settle into deep rest, integration, and stillness.

Held in a warm and supportive environment, this experience is an invitation to slow down from the noise of everyday life and reconnect — not only with yourself, but with the shared humanity and connection that comes from breathing and resting together in community.

As a trauma therapist, I hold these sessions with a strong emphasis on safety, nervous system awareness, compassion, and choice. You are always encouraged to honour your own experience and move at a pace that feels right for you.

What to Expect

The evening will include:

  • Gentle grounding and intention setting
  • Guided conscious connected breathwork
  • Time for rest and integration
  • A healing sound bath with crystal bowls and gong
  • Closing reflection and community connection

Conscious connected breathwork uses a continuous breathing pattern that can help quiet the thinking mind and support emotional, physical, and energetic release.

During the session, you may experience:

  • Deep relaxation
  • Emotional release
  • Tingling sensations or energy movement
  • Feelings of clarity, openness, or connection
  • A greater sense of peace and presence

Each journey is unique, and there is no “right” way to experience the practice.

The sound bath that follows offers a gentle space for integration through soothing frequencies and vibration, helping the body and mind absorb the experience and settle into stillness.

Benefits May Include
  • Nervous system regulation
  • Stress relief and relaxation
  • Emotional release and processing
  • Increased self-awareness and clarity
  • Greater connection to self and others
  • A sense of grounding, calm, and inner balance
  • Improved emotional wellbeing
  • Deep rest and restoration

Many people leave feeling lighter, more connected, and more present within themselves.
