In a safe, supportive, and sacred space, you'll embark on a journey of deep relaxation, introspection, and empowerment. Our facilitator Iva will guide you through a Holotropic Breathwork experience where you'll explore the depths of your consciousness and unlock new levels of personal growth. Iva has over five years of Breathwork experience. Her journey started in South America where she deep dived in a fasted Breathwork week journey in the jungle. Iva has studied Wim Hof’s and Dr. Stanislav Grof’s teachings.

Following the breathwork, we'll indulge in a selection of adaptogenic drinks, carefully crafted to support your body and mind in achieving balance and harmony.
