Embark on a gentle, guided breathing experience designed to help you relax and ease into deep, restful sleep. Through a sequence of slow, calming breathing patterns, you’ll be supported in releasing stress and tension, activating the parasympathetic “rest and restore” response, and allowing sleep to come naturally.​

You’ll also learn simple, practical techniques you can use before bed—or if you wake in the middle of the night—to release tension, quiet racing thoughts, and support consistent, restorative sleep.​

This practice is gentle, safe, and accessible to everyone.​

About your guide:​
Jon Orsini is a certified Somatic Breathwork guide on the faculty at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and T Schreiber Acting Studio. He has supported over 3,000 clients to date in liberating stress, accessing inner wisdom and opening to an authentic, heart-centered and fully connected way of being. He began guiding after many years as a multiple award-winning Broadway, film, and voice actor.
