Breathe & Bond

Breathe & Bond Respite Events are free community events created for caregivers and families of children who are disabled, neurodivergent, medically complex, or receiving additional support services. While children are supported in a separate space by our team, caregivers are given the opportunity to rest, recharge, connect with others, and participate in calming wellness-based activities in a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free environment. These events are designed to remind caregivers that they deserve support, community, and care too.
