🌿 BREATH X BEATS

A Somatic Breathwork, Movement & Music experience in nature to house beats 🥳 🕺💃🍃🌿

This is not your typical breathwork session - Think summer, park, festival vibes without the alcohol or drugs... but still that same sense of freedom, connection, expression, and a natural HIGH that lasts — without the crash.

This is a 'party in the park' vibe where you can feel high on life, celebrate, and connect with joy. It’s a a personal, unique journey, with the opportunity to connect to others and feel part of a like-minded community should you feel called.

Feel free to embrace the festival summer vibes if you'd like—whether that's a colourful outfit, glitter, flowers, or anything that helps you feel playful and free. But there's absolutely no pressure. Come exactly as you are; this is simply a space to breathe, move, release, and enjoy the music.

👉Cultivate more joy, freedom, excitement, and that natural summer buzz

👉 Tap into a natural high through breath, somatic practices, movement, music

👉You'll feel lighter, grounded & more connected

👉Move, dance, breathe, shake, and express yourself freely in a supportive space

👉You'll leave feeling uplifted & full of feel-good vibes. ✨🎵☀️🌿

If you haven’t experienced Breathwork before, you’re in for something powerful, energising, and deeply healing. This isn’t just deep breathing or pranayama — this is where YOUR BREATH BECOMES YOUR MEDICINE. It doesn’t require any prior experience — It’s a practice you can explore at your own pace, in a safe and supportive environment. It will improve & optimise your mental, emotional & overall physical health.

As we regulate ourselves, we co-regulate each other. As we breathe, move, and soften, we create a shared field of emotional safety, presence and connection.

You can simply come to reconnect with yourself, and if you choose, connect with others too. It’s your own unique experience, with the option to share it in community if you wish.

🌬️ The Session

You’ll explore conscious connected breathing and somatic release, gently guided by me, a somatic trauma therapist and breathwork coach. I offer a safe, compassionate and playful space to feel, release and move as your breath and house music take you on a deeper inner journey. We’ll begin standing, then move to the ground, and at the end, if energy wants to move, I’ll invite you to stand, jump, shake or dance with me (unless you prefer to stay lying down - it's always you're own journey and you're in control of it so you can choose what you want to do just follow and trust your energy out of the thinking mind)

You simply keep breathing, with options and variations offered so you can adapt everything to your body and what feels right, accessible and safe for you in each moment.

The music will be upbeat Afro house and similar music to create a party/festival atmosphere.

There will be:

  • Qi Gong–inspired movement
  • Visualisation meditations
  • Stretch/Movement
  • Active breathwork (at a pace that feels right for you)
  • Breath holds (not suitable for pregnancy or certain medical conditions)
  • Somatic Releases (e.g. shaking, sound, screaming, dancing or gentler releases squeezing, touch, self-hug, stillness, sighing depending on what you need)
  • Slower breathwork - to activate parasympathetic nervous system for full regulation
  • Encouragement to let go through movement, sound, or stillness depending on what you need.
  • Dancing/Movement to end (optional)

🌿 What this is about

It’s about:

  • letting go & releasing stuck emotion and stored tension
  • calming and regulating the nervous system
  • moving out of the mind and into the body
  • softening & interrupting epetitive stress or anxious patterns
  • increasing emotional resilience
  • reconnecting to aliveness, presence, and joy
  • And remembering and CELEBRATING what it feels like to be fully YOU, in all your authenticity and 'YOU'-niqueness.

🫶 Benefits of Breathwork

  • nervous system regulation
  • reduced cortisol
  • stress and anxiety relief/prevention
  • reduced blood pressure
  • increased HRV and improved heart health
  • improves astham symptoms & improves lung function
  • emotional release
  • improved mood & energy
  • deeper connection to the body
  • increased clarity
  • presence & grounding
  • breaking out of unconscious patterns
  • overall improve physical, emotional & mental health

One Rule:

One thing i'd like to ask you to leave outside the park gate is judgement - Just your body, your breath, and what feels right for you.

There is no comparison. No “better breathing.” No right way. It's your own experience and as you practice more you will connect more easily.

🌱 Community

This is the beginning of something I’ll be offering regularly — likely fortnightly — as a growing community space.

A place to move, breathe, release, and reconnect.

Together… and individually.

Because when we regulate ourselves, we naturally co-regulate each other.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • I will bring yoga mats and some blankets, but please do feel free to bring your own too (if you can let me know you're bringing your own mat that will be helpful) .
  • Water
  • Layers (unless it's a hot, sunny day) - when we slow down breath our body cools down.

👉 Feel free to book here, or confirm via WhatsApp/message and pay cash on arrival

👉 If you want to miss the booking fee - whatsapp me and you can pay me directly via bank transfer if prefer

About me:

I’m Aliyah, a Somatic Trauma Therapist, Coach & Breathwork Practitioner - founder of Breathe Feel Heal, an integrative therapeautic practice.

This Breath x Beats experience is grounded in somatic work — working with what we hold and suppress in the body and nervous system. By working with the body and nervous system first, we create space for the overthinking mind to slow down, recalibrate, and realign, allowing clarity, focus, and deeper inner knowing to emerge.

Monthly Online Breathwork Sessions:

I also run MONTHLY ONLINE SOMATIC BREATHWORK sessions on First Monday 9pm and Last Monday 8.30pm. Here is link for more details

Work 1-1 with me:

If you're interested in Somatic Trauma Therapy sessions and ready to go deeper than talking therapy to shift stuck cycles of anxiety/overwhelm, or patterns of relationships, behaviours or emotional reactions, cycles of feel free to reach out and arrange a free 30 min consult via calendly: https://calendly.com/aliyahcoaching-dc/30min (or whatsapp me directly).

How can Breathwork support me?

💜 Our breath is unconsciously controlled by the state of our nervous system - when we conciouscly take control of it, we can connect to the wisdom of the breath and body, and it can support the release stuck energy in the body and nervous system which is often rooted in overwheleming experiences, unexpressed feelings, supressed emotion and unresolved trauma . As we take contorl of the breath we can regualte the nervous system, remove excess cortisol & find safety in our bodies again.

The “stuck energy” in the body comes from experiences that were overwhelming, frightening, or unsupported, and as a result, our nervous system holds onto them. Because this energy hasn’t been fully processed or expressed, it can show up in our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours — creating patterns, impulses, or reactions that feel automatic. In other words, our body is still carrying the memory of what happened, and until it’s released and integrated, these patterns keep repeating, even when we consciously want to respond differently.

When we allow ourselves to Breath Feel Heal in a supported way, the experiences that once became “stuck” in the body can begin to complete. This process naturally restores a sense of wholeness and resilience.

From this place of integration, the mind shifts from being a source of overwhelm to becoming a true ally — helping us make conscious, healthier choices that align with our authentic self

"I got so much from your breath work session 🙏 I felt such a big improvement for 3/4 days. I certainly need to get into a daily routine of breathwork to maintain the benefits it brings. Thank you Aliyah" - Emma T

"Wonderful Somatic Breathwork & Inner Child Healing workshop with Aliyah. I was feeling really low that day and full of grief but hadn’t been able to release it before, so the workshop was incredible for helping me to let it out. I even thought I looked “lighter” when I left. Aliyah holds a wonderful safe and powerful space for everyone. It was my second workshop and I'll definitely attend another. Thank you again" Anonymous
