Breath Intensive Exploration: A 2-Month Breathwork Journey (Fixed Group)
About this Event
Instead of single sessions, we work with a fixed group across four evenings. This creates a space where trust can grow, processes can unfold over time, and connection to your inner truth can emerge (within yourself and in connection with others). Your body carries what your mind has learned to manage.
Through Conscious Connected Breathwork, we use a continuous, circular breathing rhythm to access deeper layers beyond the thinking mind. Each session is guided and trauma-informed, creating a grounded and regulated space where whatever arises is welcome.
What to expect
Each evening combines a practical exploration of a psychological theme with a guided breathwork journey.
In our last group, we explored topics such as Parts Work, Self-Compassion, Anger, and Consent. Some of these themes may return in this round, while others may emerge.
Rather than approaching these topics only through discussion, we explore them as a whole experience from understanding them cognitively, to sensing how they live in the body, to meeting them emotionally. The breathwork then offers an opportunity to move beyond insight and into direct experience, allowing integration on a deeper level.
This is not about pushing intensity, but about creating enough safety, curiosity, and continuity for depth to unfold naturally.

About the facilitators
I am Janina, a neuropsychologist (M.Sc.) and certified facilitator of Conscious Connected Breathing. My work bridges neuroscientific research and embodied practice. I create spaces for self-exploration, inner experience, and integration.
I work trauma-informed, holding a safe and regulated container where self-regulation, boundary awareness, and mindful exploration are supported.
For me, this work is about building a bridge between understanding and experience — between mind and body.
I am Rimbo & Breathwork has been part of my life for many years from freediving and pranayama to Wim Hof practices and eventually Conscious Connected Breathing. Over time, it became more than a personal practice. I now create and host various events in the field of self-exploration, where breath becomes a doorway into deeper contact with ourselves and each other.
I assist in the breathwork trainings led by Dr. Martha Havenith & Dr. Abdel Nemri and support academic research projects exploring the effects of Conscious Connected Breathing. My therapeutic background is rooted in Gestalt practice, which strongly shapes how I hold space.
For me, facilitation is not about pushing for breakthroughs. It’s about creating a grounded and honest environment where people feel safe enough to be real — vulnerable, strong, uncertain, open — at their own pace.
