Our journey begins with the breath, using Nāḍī Śodhana to softly purify the body's hidden channels and bring the nervous system into a state of union. From that luminous pause, we turn toward Anāhata Nāda—the "unstruck sound"—listening not just with our ears, but with our whole being.

The Experience: While you are supported in deeply restful restorative shapes, the resonance of crystal singing bowls will weave a gentle field around you. It is a subtle recalibration where outer vibration meets your inner silence.

To close our practice, we will gather gently for a simple grounding ritual: warm green tea, Binny’s signature homemade masala chai, and light nourishing bites.
