Breath & Sound
Join Amanda for an evening of breath, sound, and deep rest as we explore simple practices to support relaxation, better sleep, digestion, and nervous system regulation.
This workshop is perfect for anyone wanting to experience breathwork in an accessible and supportive way. You’ll learn practical tools that can easily be integrated into daily life, and you’ll receive links to a few of the practices so you can continue exploring at home. Consistency makes all the difference when it comes to experiencing the long-term benefits of breathwork.
Throughout the evening, we will also incorporate sound to support a deeper experience of rest, awareness, and connection. The practice will conclude with a nourishing sound journey, allowing time for integration, reflection, and relaxation.
No previous experience is necessary. Simply come as you are.
What to bring:
Please bring water, layers, a mat, a blanket, a pillow and anything else that will allow you to feel comfortable and supported. All are welcome.
