Breath & Beyond - Breathwork, Somatic Movement & Guided Meditation

Join me on 21st Sep, Sat from 5 PM to 7 PM at Imagine That! Creative Studio, Ashok Nagar for a unique workshop that will help you unlock your inner wisdom using a combination of Breathwork, Somatic Movement and Guided Visualization Meditation rooted in ancient Shamanic practices.

Breathwork: Harness the power of your breath using conscious breathing techniques to deepen your experience.

The breathwork session will help you release stress, improve emotional balance, and energize your entire being, creating a harmonious synergy of meditation and movement.

Guided Visualization: Allow yourself to experience a deep meditative state as I lead you through vivid mental journeys using the sound of shamanic drum and other sacred sounds.. The Visualization meditation techniques I use will help you tap into your subconscious mind, identify and release trauma blockages, unlock creative potentials, re-imprint new empowering belief systems and promote overall healing.

Somatic Movement: Experience the liberating power of movement as you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms. Through guided dance and free movement, you'll release physical tension, enhance body awareness amd positive feelings, and express emotions that words alone cannot convey.
