You will have the opportunity to free yourself from repeating patterns, situations, sickness, and even family curses!
About this Event

In our tradition, Mexican Shamanism or Curanderismo, we perform a ceremony of LOVE, RESPECT, and COMPASSION to break ties and ancestral contracts with our ancestors, family tree, relatives, etc.
During this
ceremony, we have the opportunity to free ourselves from repeating patterns,
situations, sickness, and things that are sometimes called family curses. If
you are serious about working on yourself, join us!!!
In this ceremony,
we are going to go deep into our roots, into our DNA, to heal and unblock
everything that is stopping us from having better abundance. Although in the
Curanderismo tradition “Abundance” refers to health, happiness, material goods,
love, relationships, etc., on this occasion we will focus on the abundance of
money and wealth.
Everyone is welcome
to join this ceremony regardless of your spiritual background. Come with an
open heart and the desire to discover subconscious blockages that may be
affecting your ability to manifest better abundance in your life.

IMPORTANT:
NO RECORDING. Out
of respect for our tradition, we do not allow pictures, videos, recordings, or
writings about this or any of our events. This guideline is essential to
preserve the sacredness and integrity of our practices and teachings shared
during our sessions. This rule is rooted in our belief that certain aspects of
our practice are sacred and should not be shared outside the community without
proper permission. You are encouraged to take notes for your personal use.
WHAT NOT TO BRING:
• Alcohol, drugs,
attitude. No children or pets, or any other kind of competition for your
attention. Leave your phone in your car. We are eliminating distractions to
make this time sacred. Note: There is a big movement in the world right now in
which spiritual practices are performed with the use of hallucinogens. This is
not the place for that. We do not use drugs and/or alcohol.
• Also, we don't
use foul language at our events and ceremonies.
THE TEACHING TEAM:
Instructor and
Maestra of the tradition: Ixtoii Paloma Cervantes
The Curanderismo
Tradition of Mexico is the Ancient way of bringing the body, mind, emotions,
and soul back into a state of balance. Customarily, an elder Curandera(o)
teaches the tradition in oral form. Ixtoii Paloma Cervantes is an elder,
instructor, or “Maestra” of the Curanderismo Tradition and also a full-time
Curandera. She was born and raised in Mexico into the tradition. She started
working full-time as a Curandera in 1986. Then, 12 years later, in 1998, she
moved to California, where she kept her practice and started to teach Mexican
Shamanism or Curanderismo and other spiritual modalities. Now, not only does
she teach in California but also in other states and countries. This workshop
in Arlington, Virginia, offers a rare chance to learn directly from her, as
these teachings are not available online and are part of an oral tradition
meant to be shared responsibly.
Teacher's
Assistant: Jenny Perez, Curandera
Jenny is a graduate
Curandera of Paloma Cervantes at Ixtoii Institute of Shamanism and
Curanderismo. She works as a full-time Curandera in Arlington, VA.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Paloma is a Mexican Shaman who believes that "medicine plants" are
helpful to some people only when used properly in ceremonies. The use of any
consciousness-expanding plant or animal medicines should only be used with the
strict and loving guidance of an experienced facilitator. She does not allow
the use of any plants, brews, ceremonial tobacco, recreational drugs, alcohol,
cannabis, etc. in her workshops or healing ceremonies. Please do not use these
before or during her events and services. If you do so, you will be asked to
leave the event immediately and without a refund. For medicinal plant or animal
medicine guidance, please arrange for a private consultation to discuss your
particular needs and expectations.
