Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Restorative Rituals

Join us for a free 90 minute open mat, followed by our restorative rituals event (ticket required) where we will explore a mixture of ancient and modern practices to help regulate the nervous system and envoke calm & inner wellbeing.

Open mat 10:45 - 12:15 pm (you can attend this for free)

12:30pm 1 hour yin - yang yoga

13:30pm - 30 minutes somatic experiencing

14:00pm - 30 minute guided reiki meditation

14:30pm - 1 hour sound bath

Please bring something comfy to wear for the second part of the day, even a blanket if you'd like, so that you don't get cold once you've cooled down and are doing the more static parts 🫶🏻
