The Penrose Web is the project put together in 2024 by Allan Crockford (The Prisoners, The Galileo 7, The James Taylor Quartet etc) and Ian Button (Death In Vegas, Heavenly, Railcard). Their debut EP and LP in 2025 explored the pair’s sunshine pop psych, indie, garage and Paisley Underground roots, and their second album is due later in 2026. Part of a rare weekend of live appearances at the end of May, the PW play Folkestone for this matinee gig at Speedway, supported by Medway power poppers Dead Star Boys, whose new album RATS is out in April. Speedway head honcho Mark bOnEs will play vinyl smashes through the afternoon too. ****Tickets ONLY £5****
