Understanding Borderline Personality Disorder & Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder

Join us for an open, supportive and educational workshop designed to increase awareness and understanding of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), also known as Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD).

Facilitated by Noemi and delivered through REE-CHARGE CIC, these sessions provide a safe and non-judgemental space where individuals, families, carers and community members can learn, share experiences and develop a deeper understanding of the condition.

Our aim is to challenge stigma, encourage compassionate conversations and support people on their journey towards wellbeing and recovery.

Throughout the workshop we will explore:

• What BPD/EUPD is
• Common myths versus facts
• Emotional regulation and coping strategies
• The impact stigma can have on individuals
• Evidence-based treatment and support options
• Building compassion, understanding and recovery
