Box Walks | Nature-based walk around Richmond and Petersham

Join us for a relaxed stroll through some of the greenest parts of Richmond and Petersham, including Richmond Park, Petersham Meadows and along the river. It's a great chance to stretch your legs, enjoy fresh air, and make new friends.

We are championing National Tree Week on this walk and will be considering how we can appreciate and protect out trees better. We will be visiting 5 of our phone boxes on the walk:

1. Sophie, the sustainable food box

2. Bertie, the biodiversity box

3. Freddy, the fungi box

4. Tilly , the trees box

5. Ted, Climate hope box.

We will meet up and start the walk at Sophie just outside the Prince’s Head pub on Richmond Green. Just look for the two red phone boxes and you’ll find us. Dogs, prams and children are welcome. We walk at a slow pace so people can chat, take in the scenery and enjoy the interactive content on the Box Walks app.
