Sharing songs and rhymes is a fun way for babies and toddlers to develop their communication skills and learn about language and numbers from an early age.
The sessions are suitable for children from birth up to school age and are free! They last for about 20-30 minutes and are led by friendly library staff or volunteers, who love what they do.
Sessions are very relaxed. We want all parents, carers and children to feel welcome, happy and comfortable in our libraries so there’s no need to worry about running a few minutes late, tantrums or the need to feed or take a child to the toilet.
