Botanical Cyanotype Art Class

Experience the magic of sunlight and nature in this botanical cyanotype workshop with Dorothia Rohner. Students will begin by gathering leaves, grasses, and botanical treasures from the surrounding landscape to use in their sun prints. Guided through the cyanotype process step by step, participants will learn how to arrange natural elements and expose them to light to create beautiful blue-and-white prints rich with detail and texture. This three hour workshop encourages creativity, observation, and a deeper connection to the natural world while creating a one-of-a-kind artwork suitable for framing and display. (If cloudy, sun prints will not develop, so we will create nature prints as a backup project.)
