Led by Live Your Truth Yoga Founder, ERYT-500 Sarah Cherry, this 60-minute all-levels Vinyasa flow is designed to awaken your body, calm your mind, and nourish your soul. 

After practice, you’ll be invited to linger, sip, and savor a glass of Saint Croix Vineyards wine, soaking in the beauty of the vines.

What’s Included:

🌿 A thoughtfully guided Vinyasa flow rooted in functional movement & inspired themes

🌬️ Gentle breathwork (Pranayama) to release stress & restore balance

🧘 Your yoga mat + any props you love (blocks, strap, blanket, bolster)

👕 Dress comfortably for outdoor practice in the vineyard
