Start your day by moving, breathing, and connecting with yourself while taking in the breathtaking views of historic downtown Stillwater and the beautiful St. Croix River Valley.

Join us on the rooftop of The Miller for an all-level Vinyasa Yoga class designed to help you create space in your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with your breath while surrounded by one of the most beautiful views in the area.

Whether you are brand new to yoga or have an established practice, this class is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

We will move through mindful flows, intentional breathwork, and grounding practices that leave you feeling energized, balanced, and connected.

• Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8:30 AM
• Classes run through September
• All-level Vinyasa Yoga-beginners welcome!
• Drop-in rate: $30/class
• 5-class pass: $100

Registration is required for all classes.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can welcome you, get settled, and begin class on time.

Location & Arrival

We will meet you at the main entrance of The Miller building in downtown Stillwater on Chestnut Street.

Parking is available in the lot directly across from the building.

What to Bring

Please bring:

• Your own yoga mat
• Water
• Sunglasses (the rooftop views are beautiful!)
• Anything else that helps you feel supported and comfortable in your practice

**Blocks and straps will be provided.

Weather Policy

Minnesota weather can be unpredictable!

If weather creates unsafe conditions for an outdoor rooftop practice, we have options:

🌿 We will move indoors to The Miller's fitness space when available
🌿 Or, you may choose to postpone your class credit and use it for another rooftop yoga day during the season.
