We are so excited to partner with Fitness Instructor Nancy Nickel for Bootcamp & Bubbly at Southern Peak Brewery!
On Sunday, March 22nd at 10am, join us for a strength class using bands, body weight and even some cardio for that extra sweat! Open to all fitness levels
The session is $20 and will include 1 drink of choice (Paid to instructor/Cash or Venmo accepted) First come first serve; Limited space available
What to bring you ask?!?! A mat but most of all the willingness to try something new, meet some new amazing people in the community and just have a fun time!
