Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Sheila Genao is a passionate dancer and performer who has been moving to the rhythm since the age of 8 and dancing professionally since she was just 16. In 2008, she moved to the United States to continue developing her career, and in 2014 she became a certified Zumba® instructor—launching a journey that has taken her across stages, studios, and cities.

Sheila has been featured in music concerts and music videos and has traveled extensively as a Zumba® and fitness instructor, sharing her vibrant energy, powerful movement, and deep love for dance wherever she goes. Her classes are a true celebration of culture, connection, and joy—¡con sabor, corazón y mucho swing!

Now Sheila is coming to North Carolina, and this is your chance to experience her magic up close. Expect high energy, authentic Latin vibes, and that unmistakable Dominican flair that makes you move without even thinking about it—porque el cuerpo se mueve solo.
